St. Luke’s Sport Performance is conducting a speed/agility/power and strength training program on campus this summer. This program is completely FREE to all of our student-athletes. It includes the opportunity to do a speed/agility/power program and an individual/team strength-training program at no cost for our students. This is a great opportunity for our athletes to make improvements in their overall conditioning. Students will also learn to feel more comfortable in our fitness center as they develop more confidence in that space.
The program runs on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays through the months of June and July in the Athletic and Wellness Center. Click here or below for a detailed schedule.
