Winner of four 2013 Tony Awards including Best Musical Revival, Pippin tells the poignant story of a young man’s journey to be extraordinary. Guided by a magical Leading Player, young prince Pippin searches for true happiness in the glories of the battlefield, the temptations of the flesh, and the intrigues of political power. In the end, he finds happiness lies in the un-extraordinary moments of everyday life. With an infectious, unforgettable score by the award-winning Broadway musical theatre giant, Stephen Schwartz (Wicked and Godspell), and featuring the great Broadway anthem “Corner of the Sky,” Pippin continues to captivate and appeal to the young at heart throughout the world.
The show, which ran from April 24 – May 5th at DeSales, received rave reviews from audiences. Notably, The Morning Call called Colin’s performance “touching” and stated he gave “a strong final chorus of “Corner of the Sky.”
Kudos to Colin on this achievement and honor!
