The spring sports competitive season has begun at the Upper School. Our Varsity Boys’ tennis team continues to demonstrate solid play on the courts. Their record stands at 5-0 after having a busy week that saw our team defeat Salisbury, Wilson, and Bangor. Coach Brown and the boys return to action on Friday 3/29 as they take on East Penn Conference school, Emmaus High School.
Girls’ Lacrosse opened up their regular season with a home victory over Northampton by a score of 9-7 this past Thursday. The team returns to the field as they will travel to Nazareth high school on Saturday 3/30. The Boys’ Lacrosse team travels to Pleasant Valley on Friday for their first game of the regular season. After two solid performances in the scrimmages with victories over Phillipsburg and Warren Hills, the team looks ready for a solid season.
Our Baseball team opened the season with a loss to Northern Lehigh and Palisades this week. The team will look to rebound this Friday and they travel to Pen Argyl for a Colonial League match-up.
Although the winter season has ended, we would like to congratulate Tori Spugnardi ’19, Peter Chiaradia ’19, and Jordan Holmqvist ’19 on their selection to the Via All-Star Basketball Classic.
